Celebrating our sense of community

About the event

Kaumahan is a Cebuano word which means "field". Our Music and Food Festival is held in the quaint village of Hitten. We strive to bring you great entertainment while paying close attention to sustainability.

Discover our homemade Filipino specialties, snack on a delicious crepe or listen to the tunes of our amazing musical guests. But most importantly, spend a wonderful time with friends and family. After all, Kaumahan is all about community!

Kaumahan Festival is a Green Event

Kaumahan Festival participates in the Green Events initiative. As such, we fulfill the Criteria for Sustainable Events laid out by the Ministry for the Environment, Climate and Biodiversity. That is why, among other things, we source regional products and Bio-certified ingredients for our dishes. To avoid disposable waste as much as possible, our tableware is reusable and is washed in an eco-friendly way. We also provide a Refill station for your water bottles.

We highly recommend our guests to think green and take part in the initiative. If possible, consider public transport or other sustainable methods to get to the festival. Follow the recycling instructions given at the venue.
